MTI’s COVID-19 response

March 23, 2020

This is an update to all of our customers that all MTI facilities will remain open moving forward. This is per enterprise guidance from The Toro Company that our business is an “essential” business based on current federal and related state and local guidelines and, in that regard, we are remaining open to support the infrastructure of our country and our local communities.

Currently:
All branches are open to support service, parts and sales, receiving & shipping.
Supply chains from our key manufacturing partners are currently operational with new protocols currently unaffected.
Delivery trucks are available for pickup and delivery of goods and product(s).
Equipment, Irrigation, and Pump Field Service Technicians are available to service your needs in the field.

Changes:
We have suspended walk-in traffic from customers at all of our locations. On pickups, all customers can remain in their vehicles while on property. Customers may call in and we will bring the purchases to their vehicles. Similar to take out service. We will use door signage where appropriate.

Please place parts orders via phone, Toro’s MyTurf platform or email orders to parts@bge.ful.mybluehost.me.
For all parts orders placed moving forward we will ship freight free until further notification.
All sales calls from our sales team will be done via telephone, web conference or email.
